Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

At JustElectronics, a brand of The Chia Effect, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers. Please take a moment to read our updated policies regarding shipping, order cancellation, returns, refunds, warranties, and payment methods.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders confirmed and in stock before 3 PM IST (Mon–Sat, excluding Sundays & public holidays) are typically shipped on the same day via our trusted courier partners.

• Shipping Partners: BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Proffessional Courier. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we’ll ship via India Speed Post.

• Tracking Details: Shared via your registered email and/or whatsapp once the order is dispatched.

• Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 1–3 days

  • Other Locations: 3–7 days

• Note: Delays due to public holidays, bandhs, or natural/environmental issues are rare but possible. JustElectronics is not liable for third-party courier delays.

📦 Packaging & Invoicing

• All shipments (including gifts) are dispatched with a GST-compliant invoice as per Indian tax regulations.

• If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at +91-9341615310 or raise a support ticket with your order number.

🧾 GST Invoicing

• As per Govt. regulations, invoicing is mandatory.

• If you require GST credit, ensure you fill in GST details on the cart page during checkout. We cannot modify GST details post-order.

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for orders between ₹500 – ₹3000 only.

• A nominal ₹50 processing fee is charged for COD orders.

• COD is subject to serviceable PIN codes and confirmation calls.

• If a customer fails to confirm or has pending COD deliveries, the order will be auto-cancelled.

🚛 Free Shipping

• Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹500 across India.

• Exceptions: Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North-East states (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura) incur a nominal shipping charge displayed at checkout.

❌ Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Raise a ticket or call us at +91-9341615310 or via website chat to request cancellation.

• If an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory or shipping issues, it will be auto-cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

• Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery, only for defective/damaged items (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

• Non-returnable items: Products marked as non-returnable, and brands like Raspberry Pi, Arduino Original, Jetson Nano, BeagleBone, Micro:Bit, and SeeedStudio.

• Initiating a Return: Raise a ticket via email to ch********@***il.com  or contact us via website chat with your order ID.

• Return Conditions: Items must be returned in original packaging with all components/accessories.

Special Return Cases (Processing Fee ₹150):

We accept return requests in special scenarios such as:

• Ordered by mistake

• Changed project requirement

• Delay in delivery

• Mismatched specifications

A return pickup will be arranged after payment of ₹150 processing fee. Refund will be issued post inspection.

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated within 3–4 working days of return approval via UPI/NEFT.

• Non-refundable: Shipping charges & processing fees.

• If not received in 10 days, contact your bank or write to ch********@***il.com

🛠️ Warranty Policy

• 1-year manufacturer warranty on Raspberry Pi Original and Arduino Original products.

• Warranty void in cases of:

  • Physical damage

  • Mishandling

  • Repairs by unauthorized personnel

  • Water/moisture exposure

  • Storage near heat/direct sunlight

JustElectronics, a brand of The Chia Effect reserves the right to accept or reject warranty claims. In all disputes, JustElectronics’ decision is final.

🧾 Duplicate Orders & Quantity Limits

If multiple orders are placed exceeding quantity limits:

• Extra units will be cancelled.

• Refunds will be made after a 2% payment gateway deduction.

All terms, transactions, and policies are governed by the laws applicable to JustElectronics and under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, India.
